"Good lessons, but they gets a little repetitive"
The lessons is easy to follow, and I did like how everything is laid out in a clear order. It helped me and my kid know what was coming next, and the small steps made it feel less overwhelming.
After a bit though, some of the lessons started feeling kind of the same, and my kid get bored on certain days. It still works fine overall, but I wish it had a little more flexibility for moving through things faster.

"Honestly, the app’s been solid"
I’ve been using the LW Tears app for a bit now, and I’ve gotta say, it’s been reliable. It opens quickly, doesn’t randomly crash during lessons, and actually saves progress the way it’s supposed to. Which is a big deal, because if anything freezes, the kids immediately act like it’s my fault. So far, no real complaints from me, it just does what it’s supposed to do

"Helpful overall, but not a perfect fit for every kid"
The curriculum has definitely helped in some areas, and I can see my child making progress here and there. That said, they still struggle with a few parts, so it hasn’t been a complete fix for us. I did reach out to support, and they were nice about it, basically said something like, “Every kid moves at their own pace, so try adjusting the lessons a bit and give it time.” Fair advice, and I appreciated the response, but I’d say this may work really well for some kids and just okay for others.

"I ran into some issues getting my..."
I ran into some issues getting my account set up properly, so I ended up reaching out to support. I was already feeling mentally drained by the whole thing, but they were kind and explained what was going on in a way that actually made sense. It did take a little longer than I was hoping, which was frustrating, but they did get everything fixed in the end. Overall, it was a good experience, just not the fastest.

"The kids actually stayed focused"
I was kind of surprised, but my students really got into the handwriting lessons. Even the kids who usually, you know, rush through everything actually slowed down and paid attention. It was just really easy to keep them engaged, which, doesn’t always happen

"Pretty easy to figure out"
The instructions were really clear. I just followed the steps one by one and, rough explanation, it was basically like do this, then that, and you’re good. No confusing parts.

"Pretty easy to use at home"
I’m a parent and lwtears.com was simple to figure out. The lessons and printable stuff are easy to find, so I’m not sitting there forever clicking around. My kid can follow along with it too, which is a big help on those busy days when I’m kind of juggling everything

"Frustrating for teachers to use"
As a teacher, I found the site clunky. It takes too long to find lessons, the logins glitch more than they should, and planning ends up taking way more time than expected. It’s also not really clear who owns or manages what, so when something goes wrong, it’s hard to know who’s actually responsible or who to contact.

"Really good Worksheets"
I’ve tried a few of the worksheets from lwtears.com with my kid, and they’ve been easy to use. The pages are clear and not too cluttered, which i really appreciate because my child doesn’t get overwhelmed. printing them was simple too. Overall, Good quality and actually helpful for extra practice.

"Helpful, but slow to respond"
They were helpful with special needs support, which I appreciated. The weird part is, the actual help was decent once they got back to me, but the replies took long, so it was a little frustrating at times.

It just felt too expensive for what it was. I expected a bit more, but it didn’t really feel like that, you know?

"His handwriting is finally easier to read"
I tried LWTeears because my son was getting really frustrated with writing at school, and I didn’t want to push him in a way that made him hate it more. The practice sheets were simple for him to follow and didn’t feel overwhelming, which was a relief. After a few weeks, his letters are much neater and he’s complaining a lot less. It’s not perfect, and I’m still keeping my expectations realistic, but it’s been a big improvement for us. I’m really glad we gave it a shot

"I had an issue and reached out..."
I had an issue and reached out, and they got back to me quickly. They were friendly, explained things clearly, and actually got it sorted without any hassle. it was a "really" good support experience.

"Works fine, just a little clunky"
I spent some time on lwtears.com trying to find a few things, and overall it worked okay. The information was there, but the site felt kind of busy in certain spots, and I found myself clicking around more than I thought I’d need to??
Some pages loaded quickly, while others felt a bit slower. Nothing was broken or unusable for me, so that’s good, but it just wasn’t the smoothest experience. It got the job done, but could it be a little easier to navigate?? Definitely.

"I’ve been using it to keep an eye..."
I’ve been using it to keep an eye on my progress, and overall it works fine. From my experience, though, the updates don’t always show up as quickly as I’d expect, so it can feel a little behind at times.

"Decent subscription, just a little confusing"
I assumed it would be simple to figure out, but I ended up clicking around for a bit before I got everything sorted. It worked out in the end, so it’s not a huge deal, but the subscription setup could be clearer

"Just right for her age"
Works well for my daughter. The lessons aren’t too hard or too babyish. She gets it. No frustration

"Decent, but am I the only one who expected a bit more?"
It works fine overall, so I can’t really complain too much. But am I the only one who thought the material would feel a little nicer for the price? It’s not bad, just feels a bit cheaper than I was expecting.

"Shipping was okay , just a bit slow"
My order did arrive , but it took longer than I expected . It wasn’t a huge problem or anything , just kind of slow . The tracking also didn’t update very often , which made it a little annoying to know what was going on . The product was in good shape when it finally got here , so I’d say 3 stars feels about right .
